VERSD is a vetting interface to reconcile entities in bibliographic, prosopographic, or geospatial structured data.

VERSD and LINCS

Within LINCS, VERSD is used to reconcile entities with external authorities such as the Virtual International Authority File (VIAF), Wikidata, or the Getty Vocabularies. VERSD’s interface allows for a quicker reconciliation process than in OpenRefine.

VERSD stores data within a PostgreSQL database until the user deletes it.

Prerequisites

• You need to come with yourr own dataset.
• You need to have a LINCS account.
• You need a basic understanding of reconciliation.

VERSD supports the following inputs and outputs:

• Input: JSON, CSV
• Output: JSON, CSV
